I wanted to become a professional makeup artist as I am a creative person and expressing creativity through make up artistry is my passion. As a child, I remember being intrigued by makeup brochures showing you how to apply blush and lipstick to the face. I also remember applying makeup on my neighbor as I knew she was gorgeous, and I wanted to enhance her natural beauty and I knew it would build her self esteem. It felt great being able to serve her in that capacity.

I was that little girl youโd find in front of the mirror playing with makeup and fixing her hair. This aspect of myself didnโt change as I got older. I knew I wanted to make women look and feel their best. I wanted to be part of the moment where women look in the mirror and see themselves in all their beauty. For 15 years I managed my own modeling agency. I organized fashion shows, beauty contests, and photoshoots. I enjoyed working with models, designers, and photographers. During that time, I fell in love with makeup artistry and I decided to learn the makeup profession. For me, makeup is not just work, itโs a hobby and a passion.
