This fight results in a bruise around their eye. As the story continues, the audience is meant to believe that time is passing the same way it naturally would in real life. This means that the character\u2019s bruise <a href=\"\/2020\/11\/special-effects-makeup-dont-commit-these-4-sins\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">can\u2019t simply disappear<\/a>, as if it never happened.
