There can sometimes be a negative association to the word \u201cintrovert\u201d, but there\u2019s nothing bad about being an introvert at all!\n\nThe truth is, the terms \u201cintrovert\u201d and \u201cextrovert\u201d aren\u2019t black and white. I\u2019ve known plenty of extroverts who are also on the quiet side, just as I\u2019ve known a fair number of introverts who are loud and charismatic.\n\nThe main difference between the two is that extroverts recharge their internal batteries through socialization and being around others.
