You can go a few shades lighter than your natural skin tone here if you like, just to give yourself that skeletal look. Depending on the overall look you\u2019re trying to achieve, you can use whatever color you\u2019d like. Black, purple, and blue are popular choices. Decorate the edges of the circles however you\u2019d like, either by making a design with eyeliner (as seen above), or jewels. Step 5<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Finish off your eyes with a thick liner on the upper and lower lashes (don\u2019t forget the waterline!).
